My father
through my life has
had many boats different
makes of boats but once
he purchased his 33
executioner in the 80's
he was hooked. After
reading about fountain
boats and than going
on to visit the factory
in North Carolina, he
and his friend purchased
matching executioners.
A couple years later
he purchased a red 40'
ICBM that was a head
turner. I have always
had little boats since
I was 16 and than at
23 wanted to step into
something
larger. My father and
I went and purchased
a 35' lightning classic
that was perfect and
again a head turner.
My father than wanted
to go bigger, a year
later we traded up to
a 42'. I have not had
much experience in big
seas until the fountains
because I never had
a boat that could take
them. Last year I took
my boat from Old Saybrook,
CT to Toms River, NJ
which was a respectable
trip for any boater.
I have never felt unsafe
in any conditions or
in any seas with either
of my fountains. My
father has always known
through experience that
fountain built the best
performance boats in
the industry and that
has led him to be a
5 time repeat customer
(the fifth boat is a
29' sport fish used
down south).
